This Blog Was Deactivated

Heya digimon fans, this is dejimon admin. I wonder if you still remember it. It’s that blog whose admin is really bitchy about sourcing. Haha.

That blog was just deactivated. I didn’t log in since an anon asked me to take down cosplay posts. Blogging dejimon took so much time, and I was told that it’s wrong to post someone else’s art even though it’s sourced. I didn’t deactivate it back then so I could still track the sources when people asked for source, but today when I logged in I received more complaints which told me to take down all the illustrations as well.

Deleting all posts would be impossible since there were thousands so my only option was deactivating it.

Soooooo for other digimon blogs out there (I know you exist since I still track the tags) if you want to “respect the fanartist”…

• Don’t post their fanart.
• Don’t use their fanart.
• Don’t edit their fanart and post the edit version.
• Using fanart for confession is considered “editing fanart”.
• No matter what your reason or excuse is. Just don’t.

Don’t argue with me.
